I'm Brendan, and I built this because I drifted too.

Eight years ago, I was 65 kilos, stuck in the same loop. I’d train hard for a week, then blow it on the weekend. Monday was always a restart, Friday a reset.

Getting a coach changed everything. Someone else tracked progress, showed me what actually worked, and kept me honest when I drifted.

I wasn’t naturally disciplined. I just learned to make a smarter plan and build habits that lasted. That’s what turned stop-start effort into momentum.

Now I coach ambitious blokes 25 to 35 to do the same, before career, marriage and kids make the window smaller.

Is this online or in-person?

Iron Office Coaching is 100% online. Everything runs through the Iron Office App, where you log training, nutrition, photos and progress. Combined with weekly check-ins and coaching calls, you get the same accountability as in-person coaching without the wasted travel time.

Who is this for?

Aussie blokes 25 to 35 who used to be fit but drifted. You’re still training and eating well enough, but without a real plan, progress stalls. You don’t want to be the bloke who peaked at 21. You want your comeback.

What if my schedule is unpredictable?

The plan flexes with your schedule. Work, beers, weekends, Netflix, Uber Eats, all of it. We build smart habits around the chaos so training doesn’t fall apart when life gets busy.

How will you know if I'm training correctly and progressing?

You’ll log training sessions, nutrition, photos, and measurements in the Iron Office App. I review your data weekly, check your form when needed, and adjust your plan so you’re never left guessing.

Is this a fixed program or do things change week to week?

It’s personalised, not templated. We build your plan inside 12-week and 8-week blocks so you can reset goals, not restart progress.

What if life gets in the way?

You can freeze your coaching for $30/week and keep access to the Iron Office App and your guides. That way nothing falls apart, and you can restart when ready.

What's the investment?

Phase 1 (12 Weeks): $1,920 AUD upfront or $704 per month
