I’m Brendan, and I built this because I needed it too.

I’ve always taken pride in showing up, for my work, my people, my responsibilities. But when life got busy, fitness was always the first thing to slip.

What changed was building a system, something structured and easy to follow. Less stress, more energy, more control.

Now, I help others do the same.

Is this online or in-person?

Iron Office Coaching is 100% online. Everything runs through the Iron Office App, where you log training, nutrition, photos, and progress. Combined with weekly check-ins and coaching calls, you get the same accountability as in-person coaching, without the wasted travel time or fixed gym sessions.

Please note that at least 6 months of training experience is recommended before starting online coaching. With less than this it is suggested to find an in-person coach first to learn the basics hands-on.

What if my schedule is unpredictable?

Yes, if you’re a busy professional (20–40) who knows how to train but struggles with consistency. The Iron Office Method has been tested with 50+ clients and delivers the same outcome every time: structure → consistency → autopilot.

How will you know if I'm training correctly and progressing?

You’ll log training sessions, nutrition, photos, and measurements in the Iron Office App. I review your data weekly, check your form when needed, and adjust your plan so you’re never left guessing.

Is this a fixed program or do things change week to week?

The content of the program is fully customised to you, training, nutrition, and goals. But the structure runs in fixed blocks: 12 weeks to build your system, then 8-week phases to keep progressing with less oversight. You commit one block at a time, and can step away at the end of any block.

What if life gets in the way?

You can freeze your coaching for $30/week and keep access to the Iron Office App and your guides. That way nothing falls apart, and you can restart when ready.

What's the investment?

12-Month Coaching: $6,840 AUD upfront
Phase 1 (12 weeks): $1,920 AUD upfront
Phase 2 (8 weeks): $760 AUD upfront
Monthly instalments are also available.
