Structure your routine. Strengthen your life.
I'm Brendan—and I help busy professionals build structure through fitness without adding more stress to their plate.

Struggling to stay consistent when work ramps up?
You’re not the problem. Life’s full, your mind’s busy—and without structure, fitness is the first thing to slip.
Training drops off when work gets hectic
You grab whatever’s quick and lose track of meals
You keep training, but nothing’s actually changing

I’m Brendan—and I built this because I needed it too.
I’ve always taken pride in showing up—for my work, my people, my responsibilities. But when life got busy, fitness was always the first thing to slip.
What changed was building a system—something structured and easy to follow. That shift was everything. Less stress, more energy, more control.
Now, I help others do the same.
For them, training stops being another thing to manage—and starts becoming the thing that holds everything together.
Structure your fitness. Control your life.

Clients who built structure—and got the results.
These clients didn’t go it alone—we built the plan together, and it changed everything.

We started simple, just walking more, training at home, and getting my eating under control. The structure made everything easier. I didn’t have to think about what to do, I just followed the plan.
Six months later, I’d lost 17 kilos. I'm way more confident in how I feel but more importantly I'm much healthier. I'm strong and feel like my body is in a good place. Even my girlfriend’s mum told me I look bigger."

Brendan helped me with all of that and more.
We built great rapport, taking away the intimidation of asking for help. It felt more like genuine mateship, making it easy to trust his advice.
I can look at myself with a lot of pride now, knowing that I've worked hard to achieve this body. "

After our first consultation, Brendan laid out the plan, leaving me with clarity and excitement. He kept me accountable and helped me stay on track with food, and soon we started to see real results.
Compared to other coaches I've had, Brendan’s support is on another level. He’s always checking in and making sure we’re on the same page.
Brendan made it so clear and simple for me. I just followed it, and it worked."
Still have questions? Here’s what's commonly asked.
Coaching is mostly online, so we can work together from anywhere. If you’re in Tokyo, we can add in-person sessions as needed—they’re optional and charged per session.
If you’ve got a busy but consistent routine, we can build around it. But if your schedule changes constantly—like on-call shifts or unpredictable travel—it’s hard to build the structure this program is based on. You need some stability to make this work.
You’ll track the basics so we can stay on top of things—then I’ll handle the rest. I’ll make adjustments, check progress, and review your form when needed, so you can be confident you're training right.
The content of the program is fully customised to you—training, nutrition, and goals. But the structure runs in fixed blocks: 12 weeks to build your system, then 8-week phases to keep progressing with less oversight. You commit one block at a time, and can step away at the end of any block.
Ideally, you’ve had 6–12 months of consistent training in the past. That gives us something to build on. If you're completely new to training, in-person coaching is the better starting point.
$160/week for the initial 12-week program. $95/week for each 8-week block after that. (Pricing current as of April 2025, but subject to change.)
If this sounds like you...
- You value structure, but it falls apart when work gets busy
- Training feels stale or inconsistent
- You’ve got at least 6 months experience in the gym
- You’re not just here to “get in shape,” you want to push yourself
- Your work schedule’s full, but not totally unpredictable
I’m ready when you are—let's make training exciting again.
