I'm Brendan, and I know exactly what it feels like to do everything and go nowhere.

You're training, you're eating reasonably well, you're not being lazy, but nothing is moving and you can't figure out why. That frustration, the feeling that you're wasting time you don't have, is exactly where most of my clients are when they find me.

The problem is never effort. It's always structure. Eating without a goal, training without tracking, a routine that looks okay on paper but has no system holding it together when life gets busy.

I moved to Tokyo in 2025 with my fiance and built Iron Office from scratch. My life isn't complicated, it's just a routine I can execute every single day that moves me toward where I want to be. No fake dopamine, no wasted weekends, just a boring system that quietly works in the background while everything else gets built around it.

That's what I install for every client. Not a perfect plan, a real one, one that fits the life you're actually living, holds when weeks get hard, and produces results that compound over time.

We install nutrition, training, sleep, and steps into your calendar slowly and simply, until by week 12 it all feels automatic. The sacrifices become clear, motivation gets replaced by discipline, and you finish a completely different person to who started.

100% online. Everything runs through the PT Hub app, where you log training, nutrition, photos, and progress. Combined with weekly coaching calls and mid-week check-ins, you get the same accountability as in-person coaching without the wasted travel time.

How will you know if I'm training correctly and progressing?

You log training sessions, nutrition, photos, and measurements in the Iron Office training app. I review your data weekly, check your form when needed, and adjust your plan so you're never left guessing.

Is this a fixed program or do things change week to week?

It's personalised, not templated. Phase 1 runs for 12 weeks and builds your structure and baseline. Phase 2 runs in 2-month cycles, each with a specific goal layered on top. You're always moving forward, never restarting.

What if life gets in the way?

That's exactly what the coaching is built for. Busy weeks, travel, work pressure. We plan for all of it. If something major comes up, we talk through it on your weekly call and adjust. The structure is designed to bend, not break.
