You used to be fit. Life got busy. Let's fix the structure.
Iron Office Coaching helps Australian blokes in their late 20s to early 40s build the system that makes fitness part of life, not something that competes with it.

Still starting over every Monday?
You know what to do. You've done it before. But somewhere between work, obligations, and a life that never slows down, the routine keeps slipping.
A busy week hits and the whole thing collapses.
You're putting in the effort but nothing is actually moving.
You've restarted more times than you can count.
It's not laziness. It's not motivation. It's the absence of a structure that survives real life.

I'm Brendan, and I know exactly what it feels like to do everything and go nowhere.
You're training, you're eating reasonably well, you're not being lazy, but nothing is moving and you can't figure out why. That frustration, the feeling that you're wasting time you don't have, is exactly where most of my clients are when they find me.
The problem is never effort. It's always structure. Eating without a goal, training without tracking, a routine that looks okay on paper but has no system holding it together when life gets busy.
I moved to Tokyo in 2025 with my fiance and built Iron Office from scratch. My life isn't complicated, it's just a routine I can execute every single day that moves me toward where I want to be. No fake dopamine, no wasted weekends, just a boring system that quietly works in the background while everything else gets built around it.
That's what I install for every client. Not a perfect plan, a real one, one that fits the life you're actually living, holds when weeks get hard, and produces results that compound over time.
I work with Australian blokes in their late 20s to early 40s who are capable, career driven, and quietly frustrated that the physical side hasn't caught up with everything else they've built. They don't need more information. They need a structure that finally works.
That's the job.
When the structure is right, everything shifts.

Coaching to support your life, not just your training
We’ll build a structure around your week together, so training, meals, and progress stay simple even when life gets busy.

We’ll build time-efficient workouts that fit your work schedule

We’ll simplify your nutrition so it fits your routine—and actually sticks.

You track, I’ll handle the data—so you can just execute and progress.

Clarity and planning call
We go deep into the real why, not surface level goals, to make sure this actually makes sense for both of us. If we're aligned, I walk you through exactly how the next 12 to 24 months could look using your own roadmap as the guide.
Phase 1 - 12 weeks of structure
We install nutrition, training, sleep, and steps into your calendar slowly and simply, until by week 12 it all feels automatic. The sacrifices become clear, motivation gets replaced by discipline, and you finish a completely different person to who started.
Phase 2 - Performance cycles
The foundation is in, now we layer specific measurable goals on top, strength metrics, body composition targets, performance markers, something concrete to track and work toward every cycle.

They didn't go at it alone. They built the plan with Iron Office and followed it.

We built a plan that fit his life - training locked into his calendar, meals on repeat, weekly check-ins for accountability.
In 12 weeks, he dropped 8 kilos, halved his body fat and became the most athletic he’d been since high school.

After our first consultation, Brendan laid out the plan, leaving me with clarity and excitement. He kept me accountable and helped me stay on track with food, and soon we started to see real results.
Compared to other coaches I've had, Brendan’s support is on another level. He’s always checking in and making sure we’re on the same page.
Brendan made it so clear and simple for me. I just followed it, and it worked."

Now that's completely changed with Brendan’s structure and encouragement. For the first time, it’s actually working.
What sets Brendan’s coaching apart is how he tailors everything to my goals, lifestyle, and challenges. He genuinely cares about my progress, both physically and mentally.
Working with Brendan has been one of the best decisions I’ve made."

We started simple, just walking more, training at home, and getting my eating under control. The structure made everything easier. I didn’t have to think about what to do, I just followed the plan.
Six months later, I’d lost 17 kilos. I'm way more confident in how I feel but more importantly I'm much healthier. I'm strong and feel like my body is in a good place. Even my girlfriend’s mum told me I look bigger."
Still have questions? Here's what blokes ask most.
100% online. Everything runs through the PT Hub app, where you log training, nutrition, photos, and progress. Combined with weekly coaching calls and mid-week check-ins, you get the same accountability as in-person coaching without the wasted travel time.
Australian blokes in their late 20s to early 40s who used to be fit and let it slip when life got busy. You're not lazy and you're not starting from scratch. You just haven't had a structure that survives a real week. That's what Iron Office is built for.
The plan flexes with your schedule. Work, beers, weekends, Netflix, Uber Eats, all of it. We build smart habits around the chaos so training doesn’t fall apart when life gets busy.
You log training sessions, nutrition, photos, and measurements in the Iron Office training app. I review your data weekly, check your form when needed, and adjust your plan so you're never left guessing.
It's personalised, not templated. Phase 1 runs for 12 weeks and builds your structure and baseline. Phase 2 runs in 2-month cycles, each with a specific goal layered on top. You're always moving forward, never restarting.
That's exactly what the coaching is built for. Busy weeks, travel, work pressure. We plan for all of it. If something major comes up, we talk through it on your weekly call and adjust. The structure is designed to bend, not break.
We'll build every plan around your lifestyle, goals, and constraints.
The investment depends on the level of support you actually need. We'll cover this on the planning call once we know whether Iron Office is the right fit for you.
If this sounds like you...
You used to be fit, but life filled the space
You're putting in the effort but nothing is actually moving.
You want the structure that holds even when weeks are hard
You're done figuring it out alone
The longer you wait, the busier life gets. The window doesn't stay open.
