Build the week first
Sleep goes in first, then work, because those 2 don't move, and then the walks, the meals and the sessions fit around them. Drag on the grid to add a block, drag a block to move it, pull the top or bottom edge to resize it, and click it to edit. It saves on this device as you go, so nothing is sent anywhere.
Output · your week
One file, every block already set to repeat every week, each with a coloured square in front that matches the colours here. Import it once and it's in your calendar for good. Change one later and your calendar asks whether to change that day only or every week from then on.
Show the import steps for your calendar app
- On an Android phone, tap Add to my calendar above and open the file when your phone offers it. If Google Calendar won't take it, use a computer: Google Calendar only imports from the web version. On a computer, tap Add to my calendar to download the file.
- Open calendar.google.com, click the gear top right, then Settings.
- In the left menu click Import and export.
- Select the file, choose which calendar it goes into, click Import.
- Every block lands on this coming week and repeats weekly. Edit or delete any one of them like a normal event.
- Tap Add to my calendar above.
- On an iPhone, Calendar opens with your week: tap Add All. On a Mac, the file downloads: double click it and Calendar opens and asks which calendar to add the events to.
- Choose a calendar or make a new one called Iron Office so the whole week is one colour and one switch.
- Every block lands on this coming week and repeats weekly. Edit one event and choose This Event Only, or Future Events to change the pattern.
- Do this once on a computer. The Outlook app on a phone can't take the file, but everything you add on the computer shows up in the app by itself.
- Tap Add to my calendar above to download the file.
- In Outlook on the web, open Calendar, click Add calendar, then Upload from file.
- Browse to the file, pick the calendar it goes into, click Import. In the desktop app it is File, Open and Export, Import and Export, then Import an iCalendar file.
- Every block lands on this coming week and repeats weekly.
